Entry into the competition
is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:
1) The competition is not open to employees of Edimax
Ltd or their friends or family.
2) The competition is restricted to one entry per UK
resident.
3) No purchase necessary: for inclusion in the draw,
send your name & address on a stamped address envelope
to the Promoter's details - see 16.
4) Competition entries received after Wednesday 14th
April cannot be considered. (Proof of delivery of the
entry is not proof of receipt).
5) Winners will be notified by phone or email before
30/04/10 and arrangements made for each prize's despatch
to a valid UK postal address.
6) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable,
and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
7) Edimax retains the right to substitute the prize
with another prize of similar value in the event the
original prize offered is unavailable.
8 ) Winners' details and photograph may be published
on www.edimax.co.uk. For a full list of winners, please
write to the Promoter - see 16.
9) Edimax is compliant with the data protection act
and as such will not pass on your details to any third
party.
10) Edimax accepts no responsibility for any damage,
loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred
or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition
or accepting the prize.
11) Edimax disclaims liability for any damage to your
or any other person's computer relating to or resulting
from the use of the edimax prizes.
12) Edimax reserves the right at any time to cease this
Competition without prior notice due to reasons outside
its control.
13) Edimax shall not be liable for any failure to comply
with its obligations where the failure is caused by
any circumstances amounting to force majeure.
14) The Competition will be governed by English law.
15) The Judge's decision is final and no correspondance
will be entered in to.
